I’ve been you.
On the outside, I had it all. I was ticking all the boxes: the job, the partner, the achievements, the looks. But inside, I didn’t feel seen. By others, but most of all by me. I didn’t know who I was without someone else’s validation, my partner, my family, or my title. I had built success on shaky ground: on needing to be liked, on being useful, on dimming parts of myself to fit. And in that I had lost my identity.
My path has been shaped by heartbreaks in love, in family, in work. Each one cracked something open in me. What started as loss turned into a slow awakening. I stopped asking “what should I do next?” and started asking “who am I, really?” I began to see how long I’d been living disconnected from myself. And the only way forward was through.
Slowly, through study, coaching, and deep personal work, I began to rebuild my life rooted in alignment. Where my work, my voice, my presence, and even my style, all come from the same place: me.
I discovered that confidence isn’t something you’re given, it’s something you build. That self-worth doesn’t come from achievements or approval, it comes from honouring who you are. And that the life I wanted wouldn’t come from trying harder, but from becoming more me.
Something else I uncovered throughout this process, is how alive I felt every single time I would help someone see themselves more clearly. Uncover their own meaning, path, recognize their power and design a fulfilling life that is of their choice. It became so clear and so impossible to ignore: everything I had lived through was preparing me to do this work.
I do this because I know what it’s like to feel lost and the cost of staying small. And I also know what it takes to find your way back and the intense special feeling of finding the freedom that comes with choosing yourself. Fully, unapologetically, and with love.
